The Ablana Hotel has been named after the ancient Roman settlement, thus reminding one of the roots of Jablanac which reach all the way back to the times of Antiquity. The hotel has 22 rooms, all of which offer a lovely view of the Rab Channel and Velebit. The hotel restaurant offers its guests the opportunity to savour the tastes of this part of the Adriatic. There is also an aperitif bar and a banqueting hall. In addition to the pleasures offered by the sea, visitors can relax on excursions to the nearby untouched nature in the cove of Zavratnica, or on a ride to the peak of Velebit where, at an altitude of 1480 m, is a botanical garden containing more than 800 endemic species.
